Lisa Danielpour provides consulting and contracting services to help nonprofits, associations, entrepreneurs, and small businesses meet their goals. With 25 years of marketing, communications, publishing, customer service, and management experience, Lisa leverages social media, web technology, and e-commerce to achieve strategic aims. Lisa is an enthusiastic believer in the power of positive thinking and building strong relationships and collaborative partnerships both in person and through social media.

Using her personal and professional experiences, Lisa speaks at local, regional and national conferences about the vital role healthcare technology and patient portals play in empowering patients and families and improving outcomes. 

Lisa is Past President and is a member of the University Hospitals (UH) Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital Patient and Family Partnership Council, Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital Quality Council, National Institutes of Health Clinical Center Patient Advisory Group, and the Milestones Autism Resources Communications Committee. Her speaking engagements have included presenting at HIMSS19 (2/2019), Beryl Institute Conference (4/2019), American College of Physicians Annual Conference (4/2019), and American Academy of Pediatrics National Conference (10/2019), Allscripts Regional Conferences (2/2018-4/2018), UH System Leadership Meeting (10/2017), Allscripts Client Experience Conference (8/2017), UHCare Ambulatory Peer Network Meeting (2/2017), and various training events. She was previously a member of the UH System Maintaining the Art of Compassion During COVD-19 Council and the  UH System Patient Facing Technology Governance Committee.

As Marketing Director of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) for 20 years, Lisa spearheaded a groundbreaking initiative to attract and engage the next generation into the organization. Using market research to understand the core needs of different customer segments, Lisa engaged current and potential members through tailored benefits and services including virtual communities.  She co-developed professional development programs and created a Legacy Leader program in which 125 of the most respected local government CEOs in the country mentor young professionals. Lisa has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Northwestern University.
